At The 828 Leadership Group, we have a heart for people and are always looking for ways to help improve lives and make a meaningful difference.
Today, work is one of the biggest factors impacting people’s lives — one third of our lives are spent at work. And unfortunately, for many of those in Corporate America, burnout is on the rise. This is often driven by leaders not being provided the tools to effectively lead others and/or individuals’ inability to identify the right career path that’s aligned with their strengths and values. At The 828 Leadership Group, we offer solutions for both.
LEADERSHIP COACHING
Let’s just cut to the chase. There are a lot of leaders who don’t know how to lead. They know how to run businesses but don’t know how to lead people. And unfortunately, the way they run businesses sometimes results in them running their people into the ground. One of the biggest weak spots in many corporations is that people get promoted to a position where they manage others but they are not provided proper training on HOW to manage others. We teach leaders people-centered leadership skills with practical tools to elevate their team's effectiveness and innovative problem solving skills while reducing attrition.
CAREER COACHING
On the career coaching side, we’ve found there are many people who have careers that look good on paper but don’t feel good inside. Said simply, they’re unfulfilled but not exactly sure why. And oftentimes, the job they have is one they were once eager to get. We help them get clarity on the why, crystalize their strengths, identify short and long-term career aspirations then build a plan to advocate for and achieve career fulfillment. This not only benefits the individual, but also helps them have more productive career conversations with their managers thus increasing employee retention.

Our CEO
Tasha Randle is an empathetic leader who has a 15 year track record of meeting and very often exceeding aggressive business growth targets. As a seasoned marketing professional and leader of multi-functional teams, she has experience in both public and private corporations working with people who span a wide range of leadership styles, cultural backgrounds and stages of life.
Her 15 year corporate career at Procter & Gamble and Hallmark Cards has been a compilation of case studies putting into practice different leadership approaches across multiple categories, industries and businesses of different sizes. From leading teams to delivering consecutive years of growth behind innovation plans on Tide, to identifying sharp insights to drive habit change and bring in new users on Tampax, to deeply understanding consumer needs to increase sales of kid’s birthday cards, Tasha has not only learned what leadership principles create the environment for teams to deliver breakthrough results but also how to uncover deep human insights that drive habit change. She understands that it’s not only about uncovering human insights (or in this case, understanding leadership theories), but more importantly, being able to translate those insights into an actionable strategy that produces your desired outcome.
Outside of work, Tasha is wife to a loving husband and they are raising two very emotionally intelligent young boys. She loves exploring new cultures through international travel and spending quality time with family and friends.
